("Clarity Coffee Co.," "we," or "our") and any person or entity ("Customer," "you," or "your") engaging in the purchase of coffee products from Clarity Coffee Co. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

‍a. Orders can be placed through our online platform or email.
b. Payment terms are agreed upon before order confirmation and are subject to credit approval. Payments should be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

2. Pricing and Discounts:

‍a. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
b. Discounts and promotions are at the sole discretion of Clarity Coffee Co. and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

‍a. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
b. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns and Refunds:

‍a. Returns and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective products only.
b. Requests for returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving the products.

‍a. We ensure the quality and safety of our coffee products. However, we are not responsible for the ultimate use or consumption of the products.
